• Shipping and delivery are available to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all Gulf countries.
• To ensure the shipment arrives, please make sure that the data entered (name - mobile number - address) is correct when registering the data.
• The use of international numbers in the shipping label and order details is prohibited:
- For orders within Saudi Arabia, a Saudi mobile number must be used, and it must be active and not neglected, with an active WhatsApp account.
-For orders to the Gulf countries, the mobile number must be dedicated to the country to which the shipment is to be made, and it must be active and have an active WhatsApp.
• The store is not responsible for any delay in delivery or cancellation of the shipment and its return to the source due to changing or modifying the shipment data or not entering it correctly (such as the phone number and address details). The customer will bear all costs of reshipping the order again (within Saudi Arabia 65 Saudi Riyals - for the Gulf countries the amount varies according to the country).
• If you do not respond to the shipping company’s messages and communications and you have exhausted the delivery attempts specified by the company to deliver your order, the order will be immediately canceled and returned to us by the shipping company. Therefore, please be careful and contact us immediately after cancellation so that the canceled order can be reshipped to you after you pay the shipping costs again (for inside Saudi Arabia 65 Saudi Riyals - for Gulf countries the amount varies according to the country).
• In the event of non-receipt or refusal of receipt for any reason and the return of the shipment to us, all shipping costs and credit card fees/Tabby and Tamara fees will be deducted from the total value of the order and the remainder will be refunded within 20 working days (the period may be longer for Gulf countries).
